A dripping tap or a toilet that keeps running wastes water and usually gets worse. We replace washers, cartridges and valves, fix flushes and fill valves, and replace taps and toilets when that is the better option.
We also fix overflow pipes dripping outside, which usually means a fill valve in a cistern or tank needs adjusting or replacing.

Why is my overflow pipe dripping?
Usually because a fill valve in a toilet cistern or water tank is not shutting off properly. We find which one and fix or replace it.
Can you fit taps I have bought?
Yes, as long as they suit your basin and water pressure. We check before fitting.
