During a service we check that the boiler is burning gas safely and efficiently, clean and inspect the parts that need it, and test the safety devices. We look at the flue, the seals and the condensate pipe, and check the system pressure and controls.
Most manufacturers ask for an annual service to keep the boiler's warranty valid, so it is worth booking every year. Autumn is popular, so it helps to book early.
